Living Life Without Limits: Nick Vujicic Comes
BACK to KL in August, 2013
Nick Vujicic was born with tetra-amelia syndrom which left him without arms and legs. Despite his physical handicap, he became completely self-dependent and has achieved much in his life including being married, graduating college with a Bachelor of Commerce, he wrote a book called ‘Limitless’ (you might have heard of it) and has been giving talks and trainings all over the world. And the basic day-to-day stuff he can handle; he can brush his teeth, put on his clothes and can even shave without anyone helping him. As a motivational speaker he has faced odds that would cripple many of us, but he faced them, head on and learned to adapt in a way that has left people from all over the world keeping a big place for him in their hearts.
Often in life, we allow ourselves to be limited by our past. Another way of putting it would be that many of us ‘argue’ for our limitations in life by giving ourselves and others all the reasons why we CAN’T do something. We tell ourselves what we can and can’t do, what we are able to and not able to do and so on. Nick brings a different perspective to his talks and trainings by sharing his story. In essence, he teaches many people to face their perceived limitations and how to no ‘subscribe’ to them anymore. When we realize that there is actually nothing outside of us stopping us from achieving what we want, we open ourselves to more possibilities. If we can live life without limits, there is no excuse for the rest of us to not be able to do the same.
Nick Vujicic will be coming to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia August 20th, 2013 and will be giving 2 very special talks organized by Taylor’s University. His talks will be held at the One World Hotel at First Avenue, Bandar Utama City Centre
